Transparent/Flat Color/Simple Gradient - No Charge
Abstract Design/Simple Pattern - $1.50
Complex Pattern/Simple Scene - $2.50
Detailed/Complex Scene - $3.50

Pick a level of polish for your artpiece, this is your B.
Sketch - Refined and worked sketch, this is not a first pass or lazy option, just a different form of presentation. .5
Lineart - Sleek, smooth, buttery lines. 1

Flatprice additions to add to the value and quality of your artpiece. These are your Cs.
Color - Adding pops of pigment between those lines. $2.00
Deluxe Color - Adding pops of color between the lines, and to the lines. $2.50
Shading - Cellshading styled shadows and lighting effects. $2.00
NSFW Features - For any form of explicit nudity and sexual themes specifically $2.00
Character Rights - In the case of ordering a custom, add this charge. $5.00

Information

Allowed
Commercial Use - You buy a design, it's yours, do as you please-including profiting! A kick back is appreciateed, and will be rewarded, but is not required; seriously, no pressure.
Feral/Anthro/Humanoid/Human - Any species or type of species is allowed to be requested/commissioned, just be aware that the more human a design is the more experimental the artwork will become. Closed species are not allowed to be requested/commissioned. Most semi-open species are fine.
NSFW - Nudity, sexual themes, violent themes, (candy)gore, dark themes, etc. Just be up front, don't be a weirdo to me over it, and pay for any extra charge associated with the theme if there is any. (EXCEPTIONS BEING FOR MINORS, NO NSFW FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE MINORS.)
Nipples, male or female presenting, will never be considered nsfw on my pages.
Redesigns and Changes - Again, buy a design, it's yours; you can make as many or as few changes as you wish, whenever you wish, as often as you wish. It's yours. Changes made to my original artwork should be asked about beforehand, and credited as alterations appropriately.
Referencing/Studying - Using my artwork for reference, inspiration, and studying is flattering and allowed. Just give credit where it is due, and do not trace my work directly.
Resales, Trades, Gifting Designs - Is always allowed, with the only rule that you must keep the price the same without you add to the value of the design somehow.

Not Allowed
AI/NFTs - Big nono to both. Do not use my work in your AI or NFT projects, at all, in any way, period.

Redistributing To The Blacklist - Anyone on my blacklist is not allowed to acquire my designs or artworks, please be aware of who is on the list if you plan on rehoming designs.
Tracing, Redistributing - Do not redistribute my art, or near-exact replicas of my work, for profit. Re-uploading my CREDITED works to relevant websites and databases is allowed. Do not trace my artwork directly without being given permission (in the event that you are altering a base/design).
Use Of MY Work For Hate Speech - Nothing nice to say? Don't fucking use my work to say it, then. NOT ALL AGRESSIVE SPEECH IS EQUAL - got a cause or point you want to use my art to support? Ask first, and I'll tell you if I'm cool with it. Expressing hate for bigotry and genocide is much different than expressing hate for a minority, for example.

Extra Rules
I Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone. - For any reason whatsoever, disclosed or otherwise (though I will usually disclose to you why I refuse to work for you-it is not personal.)
I Work With Minors - Provided you are up front about your age, have access to your own independent funds/have parental/guardian permission to use said funds, and behave appropriately. Purchasing/trading with me as a minor automatically means you accept these terms and agree to them. Parents seeking refunds for misused funds will be worked with to achieve a satisfactory result. Minors will not be given the option to have NSFW elements added to their commissions, end of.
I Do Not Often Offer Refunds - But exceptions will be made as I see fit, and as I am able to accommodate. Be sure of your purchase before offering; repeatedly backing out, or refunding/attempting to refund will result in me adding you to the blacklist.
Mixed/Alternate Offers Are Welcome - I accept USD through PayPal or CashApp, DA points, characters, artwork, customs, physical items, and services (coding, writing, artslave, etc.). I also accept polite, respectful bargaining.
All Orders Must Be Minimum $3 - This makes it easier for me, if you can't afford a full $3, let me know and we can bargain or do a mixed offer. Each piece may be any value, but a total order must be at least $3.
All Orders Must Be Paid Under Goods & Services When Using PayPal - Self explanatory.
